Student suffered a fractured shoulder at agricultural college
We settled liability in respect of a claim relating to our client who suffered a fracture to her shoulder whilst a student undergoing a riding assessment at an agricultural college. The assessment was managed negligently and the horse allocated was unsuitable for our client who had very little riding experience.
