Compensation awarded following a riding school accident
We settled the issue of liability against the owners of an equestrian centre in relation to the client’s accident when she suffered a spinal fracture. The horse she was riding was caused to fall by the defective and dangerous condition of a cross-country schooling fence she was instructed to jump.
