Full compensation recieved after a horse riding accident
Our client had attended horse riding lessons for six month prior to the accident. The horse she usually rode had been sold so she was advised to use a horse that had recently been bought.
Our client lost control when the horse took off in a gallop before swerving violently, throwing her to the ground. She suffered a fractured right ankle, right tibia, left tibia and left fibia.
Liability was initially denied, however by agreement, the claim was settled for substantial damages.
