Accident at work received compensation
Our client was employed as an apprentice joiner. On the date of the accident, lengths of timber had to be moved by securing them to a tractor using a chain.
The timber swung around, knocking the client to the floor and the load then dropped onto his left ankle and lower leg. Although liability was denied the claim succeeded and damages for the injuries and financial loss were recovered for our client.
