Client awarded compensation after animal accident
We succeeded in gaining compensation for our client who fractured his knee cap when hit by a sheep. He was walking his dog down a country lane at night when the sheep, who had escaped from a field, was startled by a car and ran into him. His claim for damages under the terms of the Animals Act was successfully pursued.
