4 year old trampled by run away horse
Our client was only 4 years of age when he was run down by a loose horse which galloped along the pavement and over the top of him. This accident appeared in full view of the child's father.
The horse had escaped onto the highway having been ridden near by on the beach where the rider had fallen off.
Our client suffered significant injury to his hand but fortunately escaped without any other traumatic injury despite the shocking nature of the incident.
Compensation in relation to the value of the claim has been agreed. Those monies were paid into Court and invested until he reached the age of 18.
