Client received compensation after cross-country schooling accident
Our client had an eventer on trial and took it cross-country schooling. The horse jumped well but then proceeded to buck and throw our client off. She suffered significant injuries and was successful in obtaining compensation as a consequence of the animal’s dangerous and unexpected behaviour.
